You must also indemnify us and hold us harmless from and against any loss, damages, cost, and expense arising from or related to the Claim.

Under no circumstances will Printeddisplayboxes.com, its members, directors, employees, representatives, vendors, suppliers, affiliates, and subcontractors be liable for any injury, death, loss, claim, damage, act of god, accident, delay, or any special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), or other legal theory.

The sum you paid to Printeddisplayboxes.com for the order or request in question will never, under any circumstances, be more than our entire liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action, including but not limited to negligence arising from this agreement or your use of our website.

Policy on Returns and Refunds

Due to the specialized nature of our printing services and other items, you must contact us at Printeddisplayboxes.com within 3 business days of receiving your purchase if the supplied item needs to be fixed or meet your expectations. We are unable to give you a refund or credit. However, we will reprint your initial order if there is a mistake or problem. Our management decides whether something is defective. You must provide us with digital images of the product defect or return the original order at your expense within seven business days of receiving the original order delivery to receive a reprint of your original purchase. Charges for processing expedited orders are not refundable.

Order Placement, Payment, and Cancellations

On our website, all price information is displayed in U.S. USD or dollars. Orders will be paid for in US dollars. Dollars. We will not begin working on your orders for printing jobs or other services until full payment, including all charges, taxes, shipping, and handling fees, is made by the credit card or paid by the user of our website with an approved payment method. This is due to the custom nature of our printing products and other services. We ask the users and consumers of our website to approve the proof (whether an electronic file or hard copy) of the printing products or other services they order as part of the order placement process.

The printing jobs are sent to the press when the customers have approved the proof. No changes are permitted to the artwork files, job requirements, or printing turnaround time once the customer accepts a print project sent to press or via our website. After the proof has been approved, you only have four hours to cancel the order. Before the order is canceled, a $25 fee and 5% of the entire order value will be assessed. Order cancellation is also possible beyond the 24-hour mark. A 50% fee of the entire order amount will be charged for cancellations to reimburse the work done in our prepress department and cancellation-related expenses. Beyond the 24-hour window, we cannot guarantee that your order will be canceled.

Custom Orders

Orders for design services are not eligible for refunds or credits at Printeddisplayboxes.com. Once placed, all design orders are final and non-returnable.

Purchase Tax Policy

We apply sales tax for orders coming from within the state of Texas. When placing an order, if you are tax-exempt, kindly present your tax exemption certificate.

Customers’ Artwork and Files

Our designers and technologists produce electronic or printed proofs from the artwork or files that website visitors or clients input. Your submitted artwork and files must be in CMYK format and have a resolution of at least 300 dpi (dots per inch) at the final size. We will not be liable for printing as blurred, distorted, or pixilated, as well as color changes caused by conversion to CMYK if your files are not delivered in CMYK format and at 300 dpi for the final size.

You are in charge of checking your print-ready artwork and files for accuracy, including any problems with page alignment or orientation. Although we take every measure to prevent the loss of your submitted artwork or files, we cannot be held liable if this does happen.

You acknowledge that you are the rightful owner of all content you contribute to our website or that you have secured all necessary permissions to use it by uploading artwork or other files to our website.

We have the right to reject any order that, in our judgment, violates the law or the rights of a third party. You acknowledge that the information processed and printed on your behalf and per your directions carries whole legal responsibility for its content. We need to justify having the right to decline an order. Please be aware that we do not accept content for publishing that is offensive, indecent, or improper.

Accuracy of Color and Proofs

Users and clients of our website must approve proofs of the printing products or other services they order, whether in the form of an electronic file or a hard copy. Each job will be submitted to the press with your consent to the proof. Therefore, you have to get into their account and verify their proof. We are not responsible for order delays brought on by the customer’s rejection of the proof. Please be aware that once you approve the proof, we begin within the turnaround times listed on our website.

Before approval, kindly do a comprehensive examination of your proof. It would be best to compare it to the original file to ensure there are no problems in the text, spacing, punctuation, image placement, bleeds, or final text. Transparency, overprint difficulties, or color conversion from RGB or Pantone to CMYK are not visible in electronic proofs. Please note that UV coating or lamination may alter or impact the printed colors’ appearance. We aren’t usually the ones that handle the final color look of a laminated product (or products).

Everything in the Final Approved Proof is wholly the Customer’s Responsibility.

While we will do our best to match color and density from given print-ready files, we cannot guarantee it. The accuracy of color reproduction is not guaranteed due to the printing process’ built-in restrictions and the need for nearby image ink. You accept this restriction when you place an order with us. While we will do our best to match the gradient depth of each color, we assume no liability for color differences between provided files and the final printed piece, the actual artwork or product they represent, or any other color-related issues. Under no circumstances can a reprint cover the color differences that happened during printing. Color fidelity and ink density on screen proofs you approve are not our responsibility. We’ll guarantee color correctness and consistency if you request a hard copy proof from us. Please be aware that a hard copy proof will cost you a bit more money.

Zero Liability for Mistakes

The following faults in the end product are not the responsibility of Printeddisplayboxes.com: Spelling and grammar mistakes, graphics damage, bleeds, punctuation errors, incorrect or missing folds, die lines, crop marks, transparency, fold cracks, overprint finished product and size. For the majority of its printing services, Printeddisplayboxes.com does not employ gang printing. We may occasionally select the printing process best suited for a specific print item or item depending on the needs of each website user and customer.

In most cases, we will send the exact quantity of goods purchased plus a small amount extra. The excess sum is not subject to an additional fee. If there is an underrun, we will charge for the delivered quantity. We deliver plus or minus 5% of the required quantity, as is customary in the industry.

Production Rate, Shipping, and Order Delivery

After your artwork/files have been uploaded, reviewed, and accepted by our prepress department, you have approved the press-ready proof (whether an electronic file or hard copy) and a full payment, including applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees, has been made, production speed and printing turnaround time will begin. You can choose the production speed on our website during the order submission procedure. It specifies the business days needed to print your order and prepare it for transfer to the shipping company for dispatch. You must submit your proof of approval before 10 AM Central Time (CT).

We try our best to print and deliver your orders on time. In no event can Printeddisplayboxes.com be liable for any indirect or special losses brought on by shipment or delivery delays. You accept that Printeddisplayboxes.com is not responsible for delivery delays brought on by inclement weather, shipping company delays, customs problems, or any other unforeseen events. Expedited fees will be reimbursed in the event of a delay brought on by technical issues or equipment breakdown during the printing process. Order cancellation is not possible owing to printing delays.

You consent to pay all customs charges and taxes on goods delivered to their designated locations. For goods sent outside of the US, the customers must arrange for customs clearance.

With no weight or quantity restrictions, Printeddisplayboxes.com offers standard shipping in 10 to 12 business days and an expedited shipping plan in 6 or 8 business days (with ground shipment in 2 to 3 business days). Shipping to additional locations will incur an additional fee. We make no promises about the timing of shipment or delivery, and we take no responsibility for any delays, theft, loss, or damage to printing items during transit. The website Printeddisplayboxes.com is not responsible for any shipping-related damages. After six business days have passed after the package’s shipment date, claims for lost or damaged shipments can be made. We use our offshore printing facilities in Asia and Africa and our in-house press in the USA to help customers by lowering their costs.

We will charge additional shipping and handling fees for reshipment if you give us the wrong delivery address or otherwise make a mistake in submitting the complete delivery address.

Website and Terms and Conditions Changes

We retain the right to change any part of our website or Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without prior notification to our website’s visitors. The updated Terms of Services will incorporate the changes to our website and be posted on our website. They will go into effect right away.
